  5. The GP Inventory Module is part of the Accounting System and can be
  6. interfaced with other GP modules. It provides accounting of stock levels and
  7. costing by a standard cost, average cost, LIFO or FIFO methods. Pricing is
  8. flexible and done automatically and/or manually. Various pricing levels may be
  9. established for item based on quantities, discounts and customer codes.
  10. Multicompany and location are supported. It provides optional interfaces with
  11. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Job Costing Systems, and all updates
  12. to inventory are made online for up-to-the-minute information. It prints a wide
  13. variety of reports including: alert report, detail list, status report,
  14. valuation report, sale analysis report, prices lists, catalog reports, bar-code
  15. labels and price exception report. Allows for quantity adjustments with audit
  16. trail and performs automatic month-/year-end maintenance. It provides password
  17. protection for data security.
